Between the Minds: In conversation with God !

Oct 21 1996:“Mississippi has got water volume that’s 24 times that of Colorado.” While dad was reading it loud from the atlas & I was grieving about the fact, that India vs Australia Titan cup day/night semifinal encounter had fallen, just before the social studies exam. I asked dad with ostensible curiosity, “If Mississippi has water that’s 24 times that of Colorado, then why Mississippi did not create the canyon?” More than interested in knowing why Mississippi didn’t create canyon, I was interested in letting the dad know that I am listening to him but won’t give semifinal match a miss, for whatsoever reason in the evening.

Coming from a country that’s acutely afflicted with good grade syndrome, early they  say,

that life demands sacrifice before bargain & once sacrifice is executed well both intent & content wise, the bar goes & its only gain, however living life teaches otherwise, just iterate, observe, improvise, think what’s relevant, implement & be indifferent  to outcome! Sometimes it is the power of indifference that makes all the difference & sometimes even that doesn't help, but then if you try to reach out for star, you may not get one, but you won’t come back with a hand full of mud either. 

While the case was still in mind’s court, dad came up with yet more challenging answer, “The reason Colorado could create canyon is, because Masterpieces are a byproduct of great focus, not great resources”. Not sure where the argument went from there, but I have pleasant memory that I saw the match, & India won & went to win in the finals.

As I was travelling to east coast & just saw Colorado & Mississippi, the memories unfolded. Still in thoughts, I was wondering, do these rivers become so curvy as they try to follow the path of least resistance or is it that at initial stage, at every new point, the water might have scattered in all directions, the direction that dared to dissolve is the direction that evolved.

The uniqueness of canyon is breathtaking , its Grand, it’s Great, a complete mental & visual treat that instills one to challenge life…

while I was still in thoughts & trying to figure out if I would see Mississippi (not sure but looking at the volume of water ,it looked to be) was well in sight. Shining bright in light of departing sun, it appeared to be less of a self-ambitious & more of life supporting river & reminded me of Miss Jamaica 2013 ‘s statement in Miss World.

” The concept of real beauty is changing, evolving, it’s about the act of sacrifice & the impact you create in the lives of less privileged, that makes a person beautiful & the beauty heartwarming & everlasting”. Mississippi looked to be a complete epitome of this definition & just “beautiful in true sense” & first time in life made me to realize otherwise.

As I saw the sun dipping in & sipping in Mississippi’s water, I could only ask God,” Your expansion might be beyond the scope of our mind, but in all your actions, your way of execution leads to a common inference, light chooses displacement over distance for the good of life, river chooses distance over displacement for the good of life, light travels fast for the good of life, sound does not travel fast for the good of life, light can travel in vacuum for the good of life, sound cannot travel in vacuum for the good of life.

So in this proactively wise universe, where on

 one side your prodigy has taken a new line of action & is putting each molecule at right place in those nanotubes, on the 
other side still there are so many people who are just engaged in mindless wars? Instead of keeping narrow focus on “HAVES & THEIR POSSESSION” why focus is not on

 “CREATE THE HAVE NOT’S”. for there is always a way.

If evolution is about getting close to perfection & if your way of execution is so

impeccably ingrained in inorganic world then how is it missing in thinking beings? Is it because they think or they think for themselves or is it their definition of self needs improvisation?

The silent sun smiled & continued its way & in that silent smile, silently

conveyed,” Be it the sphere you walk on or the sphere you carry in, the scope of boundaries is limited to skull, the core is all one. Your inability to see, experience, & execute as one force is the cause of inefficient energy trapping circles. If moving electrons can move life to new level, then moving lives can move it to ultimate level .

All it takes to create the have's is to eliminate the not's from mind ,but unfolding those knots of not's isn't easy either,each mind has to cross the threshold & the journey from ore to core is all about  going through furnace !."


Looking at the sun ,I smiled & thought,"No wonder ,you are sun ,only you can burn ,but it must be great feeling to be one ! "
